Bob Kohler Magic uses the United States Postal Service and/or FedEx to deliver our orders.
“Shipping costs” are calculated and cover shipping supplies, handling, packaging, insurance and signature required fees as required.
Most items ship via USPS Priority Mail. This insures you’ll get rapid delivery in the United States, usually 2-3 business days. Depending on location we may choose to ship using FedEx or another carrier.
Bob Kohler Magic insures all packages for the full value of the contents.
International Orders are subject to Customs Fees, Duties and Taxes. These charges are not covered or paid for by Bob Kohler Magic . These charges must be paid for by the customer.
The true value of the contents of the package are listed on the Customs Forms. This value will also be used for insurance coverage.
Bob Kohler Magic will not list a lower than actual value on Customs Forms. If an order is refused or returned to us due to inaccurate or incorrect address information or because it was declined or undeliverable, Bob Kohler Magic reserves the right to retain the original shipping/handling fee and to charge the payment method used for costs we incur related to the return of the undeliverable packages or merchandise to us.

International Orders & VAT
All international orders may be subject to various duties and or taxes such as VAT. Any and all costs, duties and taxes including VAT are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Failure to complete delivery by not paying for these duties and taxes including VAT will force Customs of your country to return your order to Bob Kohler Productions.
Any packages that are refused or unclaimed in Customs and are returned to our warehouse will be charged a 35% restocking fee and the original shipping charges will not be refunded.
It is the solely the responsibility of the purchaser to know the local and national tax laws that will affect the final cost of your order.
